On the one hand, it's refreshing to have the opportunity to dedicate some time this semester to personal growth. On the other, I'm a little apprehensive about finding the time to fit in exploration considering that my days are already packed solid from top to bottom (since this "20%" of time isn't actually built into my work week, it's in addition to). But, there's some things I've been meaning to do, so I'm going to give it my best shot to squeeze in some fun new adventures! So now the question is, what will I do?

Sarah! What awesome options!! I am completely biased but I LOVE to cook. I don't have little kiddos so I don't know what cooking with little ones is like. I would imagine you would need quick, healthy options. My mom has a cookbook with ways to sneak veggies into food so your kids are getting the nutrients they need without scary broccoli on the plate :) I will totally lend that to you if you choose this option. Either way you will have a great adventure ahead of you!

Both cool options! I think learning to cook would be a cool option and something that you could even get your kids involved with too! I think you will be able to find some really neat resources on Pinterest and can learn from a community of people who are also motivated to cook cheap and healthy meals that are also kid friendly. And as you know, your kids are adorable and these pics brightened my week!
